In the state of Michigan, your marriage license is good for 33 days, including a 3 day waiting period. Click below for more information regarding marriage licenses in each county. You can apply for the county you live in if you live at the same address. If you live at different addresses, you can apply in either county you live in. If you are out of state, you can apply where your ceremony will take place.
